Age 75, of Honolulu, a retired Pacific Naval Facilities Engineering Command Housing Management Specialist died at St. Francis Hospice Ewa. He was born in Honolulu. He is a proud graduate of St. Louis School Class of 1953 and the University of Hawaii Class of 1957 and a veteran of the United States Air Force.
He is survived by son Dr. Mark Ragsac (Theresa), daughters Tracy Edwards (Lewis) and Carol "CJ" Smith (Kimo); brothers Ted Ragsac and Ruperto Agcaoili, sister, Nina LoVan; four granddaughters.
Funeral service Friday, October 8, 2010; Visitation: 9:30 a.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 10:30 a.m. Committal service: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
