Robert A. Oura, 83, of Kahului, a retired state plumbing inspector and Army veteran, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Honulua, Maui. He is survived by wife Betty, son Michael, daughter Gwen Higa and two grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Monday at Wailuku Hongwanji Mission. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
