Tsuruye Nishi, 90, of Numila Camp, Kauai, an Up to Date Cleaners employee, died in Garden Isle Healthcare. She was born in Lihue. She is survived by husband Shigekazu; sons Robert, James and Wayne; daughter Janet Kagihara; brother Hideo Sasaki; sisters Akio Matsuyama and Momoe Sato; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
