74Irene Carter, 69, of Lihue, a retired bookkeeper, died at home. She was born on Kauai. She is survived by brother Floyd Lahep and sisters Catalina Agcaoili, Pauline Gonzales, Sally Cabalo, Felipa Cabotaje and Marrie Mission. Visitation: 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lihue Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Services: 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
