John Robert Baxter, 63, of Honolulu, an Army veteran, died at Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Cleveland. He is survived by wife Urai; companion Sakorn Kerdpiboon; sons James, Jerry and John; daughters Marion Oviedo-Palma and Katherine Gunderson; and four grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. tomorrow at Holy Family Church, 830 Main St. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Oct. 25 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to the family.
