ROBERT C.H. YEE
90, born on April 26, 1920 in Honolulu passed peacefully on October 5, 2010.
Five months ago, he enjoyed the time of his life celebrating his 90th birthday and 66th wedding anniversary in Las Vegas with family.
He was a successful hotel/apartment developer/owner of properties in Waikiki and Makiki, and a former cargo planner with Matson Navigation.
His long blessed life was filled with love of family and devotion of his wife Helen at his side, traveling the world. Bob is survived by 5 children: Bernadette (Peter Gaskell), Brian, Soozee, Randal (Amy) and Claudia. He is also survived by his sister Lillian Y. Ching and, 7 grandchildren: Jeff (Tracy), Robby (Dana), Rusty, Tony, Kelly, Michael and Marcus; and 2 great grandchildren Morgan and Remy.
Visitation at 9:00am and Mass at 10:00am, Saturday October 23rd held at Star of the Sea Church; 4469 Malia St. Honolulu, HI 96821, Burial to follow at 12:00pm; Lin Yee Chung (Manoa Chinese Cemetery). Aloha attire.
