Seiichi Tsutsui, 72, of Mililani, a Hawaii Air National Guard retiree, died in Mililani. He was born in Pahoa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Charlotte; son Steven; daughter Sharon Mendoza; brother Takashi; sisters Mieko Hatanaka, Toyomi Shoji, Nobue Hirakawa and Fusako Sakauye; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Saturday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
