James Brice "Jim" Shaw, 84, of Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., formerly of Honolulu, a Merrill Lynch retiree and a Navy veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Aberdeen, Wash. He is survived by wife Betty Lou, son John, daughter Sally Sacchetto, stepdaughter Rebecca Doub and five grandchildren. No services. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to American Cancer Society.
