JACK TADAO MIYASHIRO
Jack Tadao Miyashiro, age 90 of Honolulu, Hawaii died on October 6, 2010 at the Leahi Hospital. Mr. Miyashiro was born April 15, 1920 in Honolulu, Hawaii. He was a retired Operations Manager-Meat Department from Star Market. He is survived by his daughter, Carolyn H. (Larry) Hanagami; grandson: Jason (Jacy) Hanagami; brother: Harry (Gilda) Miyashiro; sisters: Violet Ono, June Miyasato, Lilly Kimura-Pleasant Hill, CA. and Ruth (Edward) Fujioka; brothers-in-law: Bob Miller-Milwaukee, Oregon, Martin Tohara and Alvin Tohara; sisters-in-law: Elsie Miyashiro, Jennett Tohara Tada-Seattle, Washington, Carole Tohara-Hawi, Hawaii and Kimiyo Tohara-Ahualoa, Hawaii; nieces and nephews. Family and friends are welcomed on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Diamond Head Mortuary Chapel. A Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 a.m. at the chapel. Private Family Inurnment. The family requests that casual attire be worn for the service. Arrangements by Diamond Head Mortuary.
