81Adelarde Marinas "Adel" Velasco, 52, of Honolulu, a former Honolulu Freight Service and Kilgo's employee, died in Honolulu. He was born in Bantay, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by brothers Victoriano and Rolito Ramos, and Venerando and Arsenio Velasco; and sister Josefina Florita. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Friday at Our Lady of Mount Catholic Church, 1614 Monte St., Honolulu. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
