77Laura Yoshiko Tully, 88, of Kailua, a retired state cafeteria cook, died in Hawaii Medical Center East. She was born in Laupahoehoe, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Lance and Lloyd, daughter Lorelei Ratliff, brother Harold Yamada and eight grandchildren. Private services.
