Herbert Y.S. Foo, 90, of Honolulu, a retired baking instructor, small business management instructor at Honolulu Community College and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Hi'olani Care Center at Kahala Nui. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Laura M., daughter Marcella K.F. Yee and two grandchildren. Private services.
