Seichi Hoashi, 88, of Eleele, Kauai, a self-employed poultry farmer and an Army veteran who served in the 100th Infantry Battalion, Company C, died at home. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by sister Dorothy Inouye. Visitation: 3 p.m. Saturday at Garden Island Mortuary chapel. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
