Age 85, of Kaneohe, Hawaii, passed away peacefully October 6, 2010 at his home in Kaneohe. Born February 24, 1925 in Wailuku, Maui. Retired from City & County of Honolulu.
He is survived by daughter, Sharon Rahn of Northridge, CA; son, Marvin Makiya (Caroleen); 3 grandchildren; brother, Thomas Makiya; sister, Dora Uyeunten; nieces & nephews.
Visitation 5:30 p.m. Monday (November 1) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; Memorial Service 6:30 p.m. Casual Attire. No flowers, please.
