Ruth Aloni died quietly on Sunday, October 3, 2010 as she had wished, with her daughter and dear friends at her side. She is survived by her children, Lara and Sam. Daughter of Israel, child of Australia, and citizen of the US, Ruth was an active and valued member of many communities. She was founder of Hands on Healing, a Hawaii-based creative arts program for cancer patients.
