80Richard Jiei Omine, 81, of Mililani, a retired Matson Navigation Co. able seaman, died at home. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by wife Harue, son Dirk J., sisters Shizuko Gushiken and Myra Nihipali, and three grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
