Tetsuo Miyake, 86, of Honolulu, a retired state Department of Transportation accountant and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died at home. He was born in Paia, Maui. He is survived by brother Jack and sisters Harriett Miyake, Lillian Yamaguchi and Sue Kunisaki. Private services.
