Robert James Kalani Garcia, 58, of Waimea, Hawaii, a lawyer, rancher and Army veteran, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by wife Janet, daughter Jesse and brothers Gregory and William. Visitation: 8 a.m. Saturday at Annunciation Catholic Church, Waimea. Mass: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Waimea Catholic Cemetery. Casual attire.
