Raymond Francis Rosa, 89, of Kailua, a retired planning and estimating supervisor at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Genevieve "Jene"; daughters Rosalind "Roz" Edwards, Pamela Webb and Jennifer Noel; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Celebration of life: 10:15 a.m. Friday at Hope Chapel Kaneohe, 45-815 Pookela St. Committal services: 11:30 a.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Casual attire.
