Elmo Howard Tanner, 75, of Wailuku, a retired Maui County Water Department meter reader and an Army veteran, died in Hale Makua Wailuku. He was born on Molokai. He is survived by brother Edwin P. Services: 4 p.m. Friday at Kahului Union Church. Burial at a later date at Oahu Cemetery. Casual attire. No flowers.
