72Earl Toshio Teshima, 53, of Captain Cook, Hawaii, a Dole Pineapple Co. financial controller, software consultant at N2N Global and Maui Pine, and Dole Hawaii operations manager, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Vivian, son John Paul Bulaquena, daughters Kathren Lee Bulaquena and Ashley Teshima, mother Nobue and sister Elaine Harada. Visitation: 4 p.m. Sunday at Kona Hongwanji Mission, Kealakekua. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
