He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Judith "Judy;" sons Kerry and Eric; daughter Janelle Hubbard; brothers Richard "Kee Soon," Benjamin "Kee Ho" and Richard; sister Helen Higashi; and six grandchildren.
