Tom E. Fanning, 69, of Honolulu, a retired architect at Tom Fanning Architect and a Coast Guard veteran, died in Ho- nolulu. He was born in Berkeley, Calif. He is survived by wife Carol, sons Theo and Matt, daughter Annie and three grandchildren. Services at a later date.
