Richard A. Soares, 84, of Aiea, an Air Force mechanic, branch chief and an Army veteran, died in Aiea. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Gloria J.; sons Richard A., Kenneth A., Michael G. and Daniel J.; brothers Walter, David A. and Bernard A.; sister Johnette Fabra; nine grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 12:30 p.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at the park cemetery. Incorrect information in an obituary published Thursday.
