71Yuk Ying Young, 87, of Honolulu, retired owner of the former Young's Chop Suey, died in the Queens Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by daughter Caroline, sister Phyllis Valentine, half brothers Kwock Gong Kam and Johnson Kam and half sister Kam Fong Lung. Visitation: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Borthwick Mortuary, mauka chapel. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery. Casual attire.
