78Bernadette Kuulei Nakagawa, 77, of Wailuku, a homemaker, died in Kula Hospital. She was born in Puunene, Maui. She is survived by son Joseph N.; daughters Theresa Bartolome, Annette Delima and Charlene, Jolene and Sharon Nakagawa; brother Edward Cardoza; sister Michelle Wilhelm; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Ballard Family Mortuary. Urn services: 6 p.m.
