John R. "Bob" Brooks, 81, of Maui, a Bank of Hawaii manager and broker, Maui Realty's Lahaina Branch manager and an Air Force veteran who served in the Korean War, died at Hale Makua in Wailuku. He was born in Lahaina. He is survived by wife Jean; sons Bobby, Scott and Hunter; daughters Kathy, Laurie and Robin; brother Charles W.; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. Private services.
