Albert Ah Chong Mark, 90, of Honolulu, a retired budget analyst for the Army and state Department of Transportation, died in Honolulu. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Kenneth, daughter Kathleen Yamada, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary, makai chapel. Services: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
