69Tsutomu "Yama" Yamamoto, 77, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii Sugar Planters Association superintendent, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Olaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Carol; son Dean; daughter Gwen Tanaka; brother Edward; sisters Elsie Koi, Jeanne Sugi and Lois Murai; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Monday at Dodo Mortuary chapel. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
