Betty Heins, 53, of Honolulu, a Hanauma Bay park ranger, died. She was born in the Bronx, N.Y. She is survived by son Joseph Amendolare, daughter Anne Marie Tulabot, former husband Patrick Amendolare, sisters Anne Marie Heins and Barbara Ortiz, and two grandchildren. Private services.
