82Seisuki Arakaki, 80, of Koloa, Kauai, a Lihue Plantation journeyman mechanic, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hanamaulu, Kauai. He is survived by wife Emiko, son Richard, daughters Cindy Uehara and Tracy Bukoski, brothers Terry and Thomas, sister Nancy Muraoka, 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Garden Island Mortuary. Services: 4 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers.
