80Ethelwynne Margaret "Aunty Sam" Carter, 75, of Kaaawa died at home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Mark, Scott, William "Buzzy" and Shannon; daughters Kelly and Jamie Carter and Robyn Brown; hanai daughter Debbie Kanekoa; brothers William, Haywood and Thomas Wright; sisters Pancratia "Panny" Young and Mona Parker; 16 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church. Family services: 9:45 a.m. Prayer services: 10 a.m. Scattering of ashes to follow. Casual attire. Loose flowers and lei welcome.
