75Hugh W. Brown, 78, of Honolulu, a retired insurance claims executive, died in Ewa Beach. He was born in Albany, N.Y. He is survived by companion Frances Janacek, hanai son Eduardo Zabanal, hanai daughter Leorosie Zabanal and caregiver Carol Cardenas. Visitation: 11 a.m. Monday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Committal services: 10:30 a.m. Jan. 6 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
