Celestino Rutab Alcantara
Dec. 16, 2010 Celestino Rutab "Celing" Alcantara, 73, of Waipahu, a retired Hawaiian Electric auto mechanic, died in Honolulu. He was born in San Vicente, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Josefina A. "Josie"; sons Rodrigo "Rod," Henry and Antonio "Celes" Jr.; daughters Jocelyn Pestana and Renee Vallesteros; brothers Esteban "Benny" and Meddie; sisters Susie Alcantara and Precy Carbonell; 15 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 6 p.m. Sunday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 8:15 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 94-675 Farrington Highway, Waipahu. Mass: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
