Daphanie Kehau "Fanny" Campogan, 58, of Kailua-Kona, a former Ocean View Restaurant waitress and homemaker, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Richard, son Nathan, brothers Jeffries and Solomon Alani, and sister Betty Kelekolio. Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Jan. 15 at Liliuokalani Recreation Center, Kona. Casual or aloha attire. Flowers welcome.
