74Kikue Higa, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Royal Hawaiian Manufacturing seamstress, died. She was born in Holualoa, Hawaii. She is survived by son Milton N., daughters Esther H. Zukeran and Brenda A. Pereira, brother Minoru Azama, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
