82Gil E. Lumangay, 84, of Waipahu, a retired carpenter, died in Honolulu. He was born in Taguding, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Teodora; son Gil Jr.; daughters Leilani and Sandra P. Lumangay, and Lezel Ames; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Valley of the Temples Memorial Park Chapel. Services: 10:30 a.m. Burial: noon at Valley of the Temples.
