Francis Yun Tong Chinn, 94, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard supply specialist and Navy veteran, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Robert K.C., daughter Carol Chiu, sister Dorothy Jair, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
