Mary Choy Parker, 83, of Kaneohe, a retired Halekulani Hotel housekeeper, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Samson Jr. and Wendell; daughters Janice Kaniho and Beatrice P. Lee; brothers John "Johnny," Manuel "Manny," Ernest, Joseph, Stephen and Raymond "Lamon" Ah Choy, and Richard "Zuna" Choy ; sisters Alice DeLuz and Veronica Jenkin; 10 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Wednesday at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Kaneohe Stake Center, 46-117 Halaulani St. Services: 10 a.m. Burial: noon at Laie Cemetery.
