73G.O. Baboo Wickramaratne, 83, of Victoria, Sri Lanka, a retired civil engineer and businessman and honorary consul for Sri Lanka in Hawaii, died in Victoria. He is survived by wife Peggy, daughters Sally Mejia and Jennifer Zimmerman, brothers Roy and Glenn, and two grandchildren. Services held in Sri Lanka.
