He is survived by wife Lisa; sons Leif "Bula" and Lyndon "Kawehi"; parents Mahi and Pua Kamakeeaina; brothers Franklin and Florincio "Kai" Colleado, and Paulo and Kahoku Kamakeeaina; sisters Pua Kaneshiro and Mahealani Mello; and two grandchildren.
