74Hitcliff C. "Bully" Ebinger, 69, of Kapaa, Kauai, a Kauai Producers Inc. warehouse employee, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Elizabeth "Bea"; stepsons Jonathan, Joseph, James III, Jeremiah and Joshua Apana; brothers Hughes, Keith and Olson; sister Florence; and 19 grandchildren. Celebration of life: 9 a.m. Saturday at Kapaa Assembly of God Church.
