Archie Kaupu Dung, 79, of Waianae, an Army retiree and retired U.S. Postal Service letter carrier in Waianae, died at home. He was born in Waianae. He is survived by wife Diana; sons A.D. Kaimi and A. Dana K.; daughters D.A. Kalua and Doreen A.K. Dung, and Danni A.K. Nelson; brother Warren Kaaihue; sisters Lulu Vincent and Winifred Badayos; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Waianae. Mass: 10:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Aloha attire.
