72Edward Tadashi Nonaka, 66, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a retired truck driver, owner of E.T. Nonaka and Son Trucking, and Shredco employee, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Hanapepe. He is survived by wife Ethel; son Darin; daughter Adele Yoshimori; brothers Allen, Alvis, Harry, Bert and Clifford; sisters Irene Yoshioka, Lynda Makanui, Amy Sunada and Janice Akiyama; and two grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at Salt Pond Beach Park Pavilion. Celebration of life: 5 p.m. Scattering of ashes at a later date.
