He was born in Keauhou, Hawaii. He is survived by parents John R. and Judy A., and sisters Chelsea K. and Aisha A. First scattering of ashes on Friday at Magic Sands Bay on shore or aboard the Body Glove; those with reservations must be at Kailua Pier by 5 p.m. Second scattering of ashes: 8 a.m. Saturday at Kealakekua Bay; kayaks and flotation devices welcome. Benefit concert to follow from 2 to 10 p.m. on Napoopoo Park grounds. Burial: 4 p.m. Sunday at St. Benedict's Painted Church. Potluck dinner and benefit concert to follow at Rockstarz Bar.
