William K. H. Mau, 97, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away peacefully in his home on January 3, 2011. The quintessential entrepreneur, William's contributions to Honolulu's hotel, restaurant, real estate and visitor industry were invaluable. His generosity assisted multiple charitable organizations throughout Hawaii that enabled them to achieve their goals as well.
He is survived by children; Milton Mau (Kelly), Cynthia Seu (Guy), Lynnette Mau, Leighton Mau (Peggy), Letitia George - deceased (Keith), 13 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; sisters; Mavis Lee, Vivian Fo & Loretta Young.
Services on Friday, January 14 at First Presbyterian Church of Hono-lulu at Koolau. Visitation 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Service from 11 to 11:30 a.m. No flowers. No monetary gifts.
