Bernard C. Wong, 73, of Kaneohe, a retired structural engineer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Kowloon, Hong Kong. He is survived by wife Rose, son Thomas, brothers Anthony and Timothy, sisters Elizabeth Kudo and Marie Wagner, and two grandchildren. Private services.
