Hiroji Togashi, 97, of Maple Valley, Wash., a retired carpenter for Bonded Construction and E.E. Black, and an Army veteran who served in World War II with the 1,399th Construction Battalion, died in Washington. He was born in Olaa, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Wayne and Ralph, brother Kiichi and four grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
