79Dalton Van Cates, 20, of Kailua-Kona, a mason, died in Kona Community Hospital. He was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. He is survived by father Dale; mother Debra Aaserude; brother Shepherd; sisters Heather Yohn-Grace, Heidi McKeague and Gretchen, Mindy and Annabelle Cates; and grandparent Margaret Davenport. Services: 9 a.m. Sunday at Amazing Grace Ministries at the end of Old Airport Road, Kailua-Kona. Casual attire.
