He is survived by wife, Remedios M.D. Miyachi; brothers, James (Hannah) Miyachi, Harry (Ethel) Miyachi; daughters, Julie (Ron) Miyachi-Nakamura, Christine (Jon) Miyahira; step-daughters, Agnes (Manuel) Reyes, Dinah Villafranca, Dita Mazerik, Gilda (Rodney) Hayes, Chola Vizcarra; step-sons, Mari (Kaui) Doldolea, Martin K. Doldolea, Fernando Doldolea; grandchildren, Dane Nakamura, Drew Nakamura; 16 step-grandchildren; several nephews and nieces.
